Resons why I love my neighborhood

As you may know, I love making lists. So here's another one.
Here are several reasons why I LOVE my neighborhood.
My apartment is 2 blocks from the grocery store!
I live only a few blocks from the subway station.
I live 2 blocks from the post office.
I live 6 blocks from the lake (yay!)
This is an extremely diverse neighborhood...one of the most diverse in the entire world.
There are fantastic restaurants in this neighborhood.
Being by the lake makes it cooler (and windier) in the summertime, thus more comfortable than further inland.
I have a beautiful little condo. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors. It's nothing but adorable. I'm bragging a little bit here, but this is my blog, so I do what I want (and normally do!)
I have a fabulous roommate.
I have wonderful neighbors.
The streets are so beautiful with their large trees and pretty buildings.
I'm only 25 minutes from downtown on the train.
