Weekend Spark
Hi and welcome to Fool for the City! After a conversation with some coworkers over the weekend about my myspace blog, I decided to create a real one. I have been fascinated by reading countless others for the past few years, and thought I would give it a try myself. The focus, as I see it today will be discussions and anecdotes of things happening around my neighborhood of East Rogers Park, work neighborhood of River North, and other random stories or musings from around the marvelous city of Chicago. It's mostly just for fun, but I do enjoy writing, so I hope to keep that in practice as well as get some people thinking and commenting!

I love blogspot! Mine is mostly pictures, but I'll write someday when I have more time. I can't wait to read about life in Chicago. I'm already jealous of the market!

Abe - I love the blog - can't wait to read more. I enjoyed the Donald Trump Post -- did you hear that he reneged his original offer of lower 'pre-construction' prices? A slew of architects and other 'friends' put 5% down on what they thought would be a good deal - only to be told by Donald that they would be paying market prices later. Lame-o. :o)
